Who runs the site
Angel Flores, an individual operating under the trade name Beret Studio in San Salvador, El Salvador. Contact: contact@beret.studio. By using the site you accept these terms.
Content and ownership
The text, design, logo, photos, videos and animations on this site belong to Beret Studio or are used under license. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission.
Shopify, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Canva and the other brands we mention belong to their owners. Naming them only describes the tools we work with and does not imply a partnership.
Illustrative examples
ÓRBITA and the other brands shown as examples are fictional. Their ads, websites, templates, orders and notifications are shown only to illustrate the services. The people in photos and videos are illustrative: they are not clients or members of the studio.
Proposals and pricing
The information on the site is general and is not an offer. Scope, price, timelines, payments, deliverables and use of the work are agreed in writing in each proposal, and the signed proposal prevails over anything on the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to others, such as our portfolio at work.beret.studio. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.
Liability
We take care that the information is accurate and that the site works, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages resulting from using the site or being unable to use it.
Please do not send sensitive data through the form, such as passwords or card details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of San Salvador.
